Alan Godfrey PhD, MBA

Alan is a senior research fellow at Northumbria University, UK. He has an interest in biomedical and health informatics including the use of wearable technology/systems in a range of older adult health and sport performance applications. Dr Godfrey’s work primarily focuses inertial sensor technologies for human movement analysis with applications in neurological disorders quantifying and investigating pragmatic, low-cost (bio) markers from physical functioning. This includes gait analysis, encapsulating robust digital endpoints in clinical-based studies.
