Mollie Huber is currently a second year PhD student in the Graduate Program of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Florida. She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science with a minor in Bioinformatics from the University of Florida. Mollie is currently a student in the Phelps, Mathews, and Atkinson labs. Her project focuses on the application of live pancreas tissue slices to study the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes.
