Dr. Shaheen Sikandar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She did her post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford University studying cancer stem cells in breast cancer. Dr. Sikandar obtained her Ph.D from the University of California - Irvine studying regulation of colon cancer stem cells.
