Dr. Trincucci received her PhD in Cell Biology from the University of Basel, Switzerland, studying the role of Type III interferons in chronic hepatitis C. She pursued her postdoctoral work with Abraham Brass and Kate Fitzgerald at University of Massachusetts Medical School, focusing on uncovering novel
host factors in viral replication. She joined the Journal of Experimental Medicine as a Scientific Editor in 2018.
