Andrea (Andy) Coravos (@andreacoravos) is the CEO/co-founder of Elektra Labs, building a digital medicine platform with an initial focus on digital biomarkers for decentralized clinical trials, and a Member of the Harvard-MIT Center for Regulatory Sciences. Formerly, Andy was a Fellow at Boston Children's Computation Health Informatics Program, and worked as a software engineer at Akili Interactive Labs, a leading prescription digital medicine company. Before grad school, she worked at KKR, a private equity firm, and McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm, where she focused on the healthcare industry. Andy is on the Board of Directors of VisionSpring, social enterprise building a sustainable market for eyewear in the developing world to impact employment and economic development. In early 2018, she worked with a small group of entrepreneurs to launch the #MovingForward Project, a social movement that gathers 110+ venture capitalist commitments to foster a diverse, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace, currently involving a16z, Sequoia, Greylock, First Round Capital and more.
