Dr. Kusumika Mukherjee is an Editor with Cell Reports Methods, a new Gold Open Access journal that has just launched at Cell Press and publishing methodological advances of broad interest and utility that will spur the progress of the associated scientific field. She joins Cell Reports Methods after helming Trends in Pharmacological Sciences, a reviews journal with Cell Press, for 2 years. Before joining Cell Press in 2018, she worked on generating zebrafish disease models via CRISPRs for her postdoctoral studies in Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School and got her PhD from the University of Utah working on zinc-finger nucleases.
