Joshua D. Campbell PhD

Boston University School of Medicine

Dr. Campbell received his Ph.D. from Boston University in Bioinformatics. He performed his postdoctoral research in the lab of Matthew Meyerson at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Broad Institute where he studied mutational patterns in lung cancer exomes as a part of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). He is now an assistant professor at Boston University Medical Center where his lab is focused on developing and applying methods for identifying driver genomic alterations in premalignancy, quantifying the mutagenic effect of carcinogens, and characterizing cellular heterogeneity using single cell RNA sequencing.
