The Flavividiriae virus family consists of a variety of viruses transmistted by arthropod species and several viruses are emerging and re-emerging pathogens, i.e. Dengue, West nile, Chigunkuya, Yellow fever, Japanese Encephalisis including Zika. There have been several cases reported in travelers returning from Thailand whereas the local Zika viral infection have not been confirmed in Thailand. It is doubtful whether Thai strain and Canadian-imported strain could provide the same effects. Our approaches employed bioinformatic tool compare two host-parasite interactomes of two strains and compare with Dengue host-parasite interactome. We expected to see the difference of interactomes and this could be the antiviral targets with using gene therapeutics.
